Thermal insulation technician • Green County, Kentucky

Great opportunity: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Green County, Kentucky. You should have: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Willing to travel between sites Your main tasks: • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
