Tower crane operator wanted in Hughes County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Hughes County, South Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
