Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Gwale, Kano State. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On a typical shift you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method.
