Now hiring: we are hiring a punch press operator in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts On a typical shift you will top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; record output and downtime on the production sheet. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
