Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 3+ years on the tools preferred.
