Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Charles County, Maryland. The role involves: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
