Immediate opening: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Camden County, New Jersey. You will work in a car refinishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns The role involves: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs We offer $250 per day plus benefits.
