Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
