Quality checker — Faulk County

Now hiring: we are hiring a quality checker in Faulk County, South Dakota. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing. What we are looking for: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
