Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
