Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
