Turning centre operator • Rockdale County, Georgia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Rockdale County, Georgia. Day to day you will adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; write and edit G-code programs at the control. What we are looking for: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
