Pastry baker wanted in Warri South-West

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Warri South-West, Delta State. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦100,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends.
