Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Greene County, Arkansas. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
