We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Faulkner County, Arkansas. You will be based at an open-cast mine. The role involves backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; refuel the machine and record running hours; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals. You should have: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
