Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Morgan County, Colorado. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
