Great opportunity: toolroom milling operator (Iowa)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Winneshiek County, Iowa. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. The role involves: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Full-time, day shift.
