Great opportunity: we are hiring a car refinisher in Henry County, Ohio. The role involves: • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
