Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Aberdeen City, Scotland. The job is at a wholesale meat market. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Pay around £95 per day, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
