Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Able to read construction drawings and specifications The role involves: • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors 3+ years on the tools preferred.
