Cake decorator wanted in Madison County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Madison County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
