We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Muscogee County, Georgia. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits.
