Cnc lathe setter • Rockcastle County, Kentucky

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. You will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; load and index turning tools in the turret; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm 6+ years on the tools preferred.
