Urgent requirement: plumbing technician (Kansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plumbing technician in Mitchell County, Kansas. The job is in the maintenance team of a facilities company. On a typical shift you will connect overhead and underground water tanks; fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves; solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings; carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs; read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site; replace worn washers, seals and float valves. You should have: • Willing to attend emergency call-outs • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems • Physically fit for lifting, bending and crawling Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
