Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
