Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welder in Valley County, Montana. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Your main tasks: • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits.
