CO2 welder wanted in Henderson County

Join our team: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Henderson County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
