Kitchen porter • Birnin Kudu, Jigawa State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Birnin Kudu, Jigawa State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Meals and transport allowance provided.
