Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Rockdale County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
