Shop floor worker • Starke County, Indiana

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Starke County, Indiana. You will work on the shop floor of a garment factory. The role involves stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them; assemble components according to the work order; feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow; carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces; read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ideal candidate: • Minimum matric / 10th pass preferred • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly • Able to work as part of a team on a busy line Overtime paid at a premium rate.
