Ideal candidate: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Day to day you will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line.
