Urgent requirement: materials handling operator (Michigan)

Now hiring: we are hiring a materials handling operator in Arenac County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy distribution centre. Ideal candidate: • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks Day-to-day duties: • Keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit • Transport raw materials and finished goods between bays • Log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book • Shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
