Concrete pump mate • McLean County, North Dakota

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in McLean County, North Dakota. You will be based on a building construction site. The role involves load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. Requirements: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
