Now hiring: we are hiring a gardener in City of Saint Louis, Missouri. Requirements: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Your main tasks: • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads Meals and transport allowance provided.
