Now hiring: we are hiring a cement mason in Oakland County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods On a typical shift you will erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule.
