Urgent requirement: fine-dining server (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Green County, Kentucky. You will work at a beach resort. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems The role involves pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery.
