Captain waiter wanted in Alleghany County

Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Alleghany County, Virginia. You will be based at a beach resort. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages You will clear and reset tables between covers; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
