The role involves set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage. You should have: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
