Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Your main tasks: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
