Day-to-day duties: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time with occasional weekends.
