Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Day-to-day duties: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
