We are recruiting: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Aroostook County, Maine. The job is on a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists On a typical shift you will lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions.
