MIG/MAG welder wanted in Lawrence County

Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Lawrence County, Kentucky. The job is at an automobile body shop. Your main tasks: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints What we are looking for: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
