Join our team: we are hiring a butcher in McKenzie County, North Dakota. The job is in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
