Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
