Rebar fixer wanted in Cambria County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Cambria County, Pennsylvania. You will be based on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire On the job you will handle: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
