Framing carpenter wanted in Newport County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Newport County, Rhode Island. Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Your main tasks: • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
