Floor care technician — Guadalupe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a floor care technician in Guadalupe County, New Mexico. The job is at a residential apartment complex. On a typical shift you will report low stock, breakages and maintenance faults; damp-wipe kitchen surfaces, hobs and microwaves; spot-clean carpets and lift stains; clean internal glass, mirrors and partitions streak-free; make up beds and change bed linen and towels; empty waste bins and replace the bin liners. Ideal candidate: • Able to follow COSHH guidance and handle chemicals safely • Reliable timekeeping for early-morning or late shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
