Dish pit attendant • Luna County, New Mexico

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Luna County, New Mexico. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Meals and transport allowance provided.
