Shuttering and concrete hand wanted in Minjibir

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Minjibir, Kano State. You will be based on a building construction site. You should have: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage On a typical shift you will strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
